Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Slideimg, including our websites, web applications, image tools, presentation asset tools, account features, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

If you use the Service on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms. In that case, "you" and "your" refer to that entity as well as the individual using the Service.

These Terms are not intended to replace a separately signed agreement. If you have a written agreement with Slideimg that expressly governs your use of the Service, that agreement controls to the extent of any conflict.

1. The Service

Slideimg provides tools for creating, editing, converting, organizing, and exporting visual assets for presentations and related creative workflows. The Service may include, for example, image background removal, photo restoration or enhancement, SVG editing and conversion, image generation, asset libraries, presentation export tools, account management, and billing features.

We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Some features may be experimental, beta, or provided with limited availability. We may set reasonable technical limits, including limits on file size, processing volume, export frequency, storage, credits, or rate of requests.

2. Accounts and Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Service only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate account information and keep it current. Notify us promptly through our contact page if you believe your account has been compromised.

We may refuse registration, reclaim usernames or organization names, suspend accounts, or limit access where necessary to protect the Service, other users, or legal compliance.

3. Organizations and Team Use

If the Service allows you to create or join an organization, workspace, or team, organization administrators may manage members, roles, billing, assets, and settings associated with that organization. You are responsible for the actions of users you invite or authorize.

If you join an organization, content you create or upload in that organization may be controlled by the organization and its administrators. You should only add content to an organization if you have the right to do so.

4. User Content

"User Content" means files, images, SVGs, prompts, text, templates, graphics, logos, presentation materials, metadata, and other content that you upload, submit, create, process, store, or export through the Service.

You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant Slideimg a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, process, transmit, display, and modify your User Content only as necessary to provide, secure, maintain, improve, and support the Service, comply with law, and enforce these Terms.

You represent and warrant that:

you own your User Content or have all permissions needed to use it with the Service;
your User Content and your use of the Service do not infringe or violate intellectual property, privacy, publicity, contract, or other rights;
your User Content does not contain malware or unlawful material; and
you will not upload sensitive personal data unless the feature is clearly intended for that purpose and you have a lawful basis to do so.

You are responsible for reviewing outputs before using them. Image processing, AI-assisted features, format conversion, and export tools may produce inaccurate, incomplete, distorted, or unexpected results.

5. AI and Automated Processing Features

Some Service features may use automated processing, machine learning, or third-party AI models. You are responsible for your inputs and for how you use generated or processed outputs.

You may not use AI or automated features to create, transform, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, deceptive, infringing, abusive, or otherwise violates these Terms. You should not submit confidential information, regulated data, or highly sensitive personal information to AI features unless you are authorized to do so and understand the applicable data handling terms.

We do not guarantee that AI-generated or AI-assisted outputs are unique, accurate, free from third-party rights, or suitable for a particular purpose.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

violate any applicable law or regulation;
infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
upload, generate, or distribute unlawful, exploitative, abusive, hateful, harassing, deceptive, or malicious content;
upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service;
bypass rate limits, usage limits, billing controls, access controls, or security measures;
reverse engineer, scrape, crawl, or harvest the Service except as allowed by law or our published instructions;
interfere with the operation of the Service or other users' use of the Service;
resell, sublicense, or provide the Service as a competing service without our written permission;
misrepresent the origin, ownership, or authenticity of content created or processed through the Service; or
use the Service to train competing models or services unless we expressly allow it in writing.

We may remove content or restrict access when we reasonably believe a violation has occurred.

7. Payments, Subscriptions, and Credits

Some features may require payment, a subscription, usage credits, or a paid plan. Prices, plan features, renewal periods, credit rules, and usage limits are shown at checkout or in the product.

Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. You authorize us and our payment processors to charge the applicable fees, taxes, and other amounts for your selected plan.

Credits, if offered, may be consumed when you use eligible features. Credits may expire, may not be transferable, and may not be redeemable for cash unless required by law or expressly stated in the product.

Except where required by law or expressly stated at checkout, payments are non-refundable. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or similar charges that apply to your purchase.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with or rely on third-party services, including payment processors, authentication providers, hosting providers, analytics tools, storage providers, email providers, and AI or image-processing providers. Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and policies.

We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control, but we select service providers to support the operation, security, payment, communication, and improvement of the Service.

9. Intellectual Property

Slideimg and its licensors own the Service, including software, design, interfaces, trademarks, logos, documentation, and other materials, except for User Content and third-party materials. These Terms do not grant you any rights in Slideimg intellectual property except the limited right to use the Service as permitted by these Terms.

Feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide may be used by us without restriction or compensation to you.

10. Copyright and Takedown Requests

If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright or other rights, please contact us through our contact page with enough information for us to identify the content and evaluate the claim. We may remove or disable access to allegedly infringing content and may terminate repeat infringers where appropriate.

11. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information. By using the Service, you acknowledge our Privacy Policy.

12. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. If account deletion tools are available, you may use them to request deletion of your account.

We may suspend, limit, or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, create risk for the Service or other users, fail to pay fees, or if we are required to do so by law. We may also terminate inactive accounts or discontinue the Service with reasonable notice where practical.

After termination, your right to use the Service ends. Sections that by their nature should survive will survive, including provisions on User Content licenses needed for prior operation, payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnity, and dispute terms.

13. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Slideimg disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and error-free operation.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of defects; that files will always be preserved; or that any output will meet your requirements. You are responsible for keeping backups of important files and reviewing outputs before publication or commercial use.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Slideimg and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, agents, suppliers, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, goodwill, or cost of substitute services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Slideimg's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to Slideimg for the Service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim or USD $100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

15. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Slideimg and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, agents, suppliers, and licensors from and against claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from or related to your User Content, your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights or laws.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify you, such as by posting a notice in the Service or updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
