This Privacy Policy explains how Slideimg ("Slideimg," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you use our websites, web applications, image tools, presentation asset tools, account features, and related services (collectively, the "Service").
This Policy does not apply to websites, products, or services that we do not own or control. If you use the Service through an organization, that organization may also process your information under its own policies.

We collect information you provide, information generated when you use the Service, and information from service providers or integrations.
Information you provide
- Account information, such as name, email address, authentication method, avatar, preferred language, and account settings.
- Organization information, such as organization name, logo, members, roles, invitations, and billing settings.
- User Content, such as uploaded images, SVG files, prompts, generated or edited images, presentation assets, templates, filenames, metadata, and export files.
- Communications, such as support requests, contact form submissions, feedback, and messages you send to us.
- Billing information, such as plan selection, purchase history, invoices, tax information, and payment status. Full payment card details are handled by our payment processors and are not stored by Slideimg.
Information collected automatically
- Device and usage information, such as IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, pages viewed, referring pages, feature usage, timestamps, approximate location inferred from IP address, and log data.
- Cookie and local storage information used for authentication, security, preferences, analytics, and consent settings.
- Diagnostic information, such as errors, performance data, and security events.
Information from third parties
We may receive information from authentication providers, payment processors, analytics providers, hosting providers, storage providers, email providers, and other vendors that help operate the Service.

3. User Content and Uploaded Files
When you upload or create files through the Service, we process those files to provide the requested features. Depending on the feature, files may be stored, transformed, previewed, cached, downloaded, exported, or sent to service providers that perform hosting, storage, AI, image-processing, or delivery functions.
You should not upload content that you are not authorized to use. You should avoid uploading sensitive personal information, confidential business information, or regulated data unless the feature is intended for that use and you have a lawful basis to process it.
We may retain uploaded files, generated assets, export history, and related metadata for as long as needed to provide the Service, maintain your account or library, troubleshoot issues, prevent abuse, comply with law, or enforce our terms. You may be able to delete certain content from within the Service.
